On-Boarding
- Required Trainings
As a new employee with the Corps, there are several required trainings that you must complete to gain access to the Government computer system and to operate the Government vehicles. These required trainings can be accessed using the Userid-Password Administration and Security System (U-PASS) and Total Employee Development (TED) websites at https://u-pass.usace.army.mil/index.html, https://ted.army.mil/ted/TED_Main.cfm, and https://drivethru.gsa.gov/html/DTDRIVERSAFTY.htm. Many of these trainings consist of an initial training and annual refresher trainings to ensure employees maintain a clear understanding of performance, security, and safety expectations. The required courses include but are not limited to:
- Information Assurance (IA)
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Acceptable User Policy
- OPSEC
- Defensive Driving
