The Recreation Leadership Advisory Team (RLAT) provides oversight to the Recreation Management Support Program (RMSP), which is designed to provide research and technical support to Headquarters and field offices. RMSP has oversight of the technical aspects of research and development and provides support to other functions of recreation resources at Corps water resources projects. RLAT is an 18-member team that consists of representatives from the District, Project Offices, and all CE Divisions.
