Story: The Arlie Moore Interpretive Trail was constructed in August of 1984. After many years of use, combined with the lack of attention due to manpower and budget restrictions, the trail required extensive renovation. Therefore, the DeGray Lake Field Office submitted a trail renovation grant proposal in the Alcoa Foundation Grant Program. The grant proposal was selected and the DeGray Lake Field Office was awarded grants totaling $8,000.00.
