The goal of the National Sign Standards Program is to effectively communicate to our visitors and employees, in an effort to enhance the safety and enjoyment of our visitors. By establishing a uniform appearance for all Corps Civil Works signage by standards for color, message format, letter-style, and mounting procedures we can establish a nationwide Corps brand and help protect the agency (and the American taxpayer) from unwarranted liability claims. This website will provide you with an abundance of information on the National Sign Program.
The Website will give you information about the history and development of the sign program. Information regarding recent and current items of interest can be found at News/ Current Issues.
