Reporting BIL Signage

1. Instructions for BIL Signage Requirements:
   1. This PDF includes step by step instructions and requirements for adding milestones to project schedules and uploading of signage images to CMI.
   2. Milestone: Every project receiving BIL funding is required to enter milestone CW444 in the project schedule for signage. CW444 will be reflected in the current PROMIS/P2 schedule and is not a reason to rebaseline.
   3. Images: Once signs are placed at the project site, every project is required to upload pictures associated with the schedule milestone into the CMI System through the PROMIS Portal.

2. The ability to upload images into CMI will be available the week of 12 June. A follow up email will be sent by the HQ Supplemental Programs Branch (SPB) once this feature is available. We are disseminating the instructions now, to allow the field time to begin adding the CW444 milestone to the project schedule.

4. Suspense for adding CW444 milestones to project schedules is Friday, 30 Jun 2023. HQ SPB will begin checking the milestone date the week of 3 July 2023. This requirement is to support the quarterly data call to ASA (CW) on 12 July 2023.
