Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL)

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), also known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) (Public Law 117-58), provides a $17.1 billion investment for Civil Works Projects that address water resources and infrastructure needs for the nation. The IIJA provides $4,000,000,000 to remain available until expended, in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funding ($2,000,000,000 in FY22, $1,000,000,000 in FY23, and $1,000,000,000 in FY24).
