User Manuals

Unfortunately, manuals do not exist for all of the individual years; however, the 1983 manual can be used for the years 1984 and 1985, there is a partial revision for 1986, and the 1987 manual applies to 1987-1989. There is a separate manual for each of the years 1990-1997 and the 1997 manual can also be used for 1998 and 1999.

Caution is advised when using any of the NRMS data. Before making any assumptions about the definition of a particular datafield, please refer to the NRMS User's Manual for that particular year.
