  Survey Schedule Generator Macro
  Some people are having an issue getting the excel spreadsheet on the gateway to work. ACE-IT has provided the following steps to take to enable the macro.

  1. Access the App Portal
  2. Under the frequent apps section, I need to choose the “Enable Excel Marco (Install) app.
  3. Add it to my cart
  4. Click on the cart in the upper right.
  5. Click on view cart to checkout
  6. Under choose target select “Me on Machine …..”
  7. Click on Next
  8. Click on Submit
  9. Click on View Status.

  The app should automatically start the download process. It could take 30-60 minutes to complete it. Once the download is complete, you can use your computers search engine to search for the app "Enable Excel Macro" to ensure the download was successful.
