All Corps of Engineers employees who operate U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) boats/vessels less than 26 feet in length shall be trained, tested and licensed. Employees who operate Corps boats/vessels shall do so in a safe and prudent manner and in accordance with recognized Federal, state and local laws and standards.
