    Q. How do I set up a Verbal Defense and Influence course in my district?
    A. Districts or projects wishing to host a Tactical Communications course as part of annual refresher training or other training should contact their District Visitor Assistance POC. If a district lacks instructors, reach out to your MSC or the Visitor Assistance Training Cadre, Jonathan Carlisle POC. Safe-Self can also be a training resource.

    Q. How do I become a Verbal Defense and Influence instructor?
    A. There are several vendors that provide tactical communications instructor training. Vistelar has provided trainings that account for the roles and responsibilities of a Corps Park Ranger. The Verbal Judo Institute is another training resource.
