  • REMIS - USACEs system of record for managing real estate. Districts use it to update and gather data on government real property to include outgrant information. The system:
    • Provides USACEs real estate staff with a comprehensive, uniform method of recording, storing, retrieving, and reporting information related to the life cycle of real estate transactions and activities at civil works projects.
    • Collects information specific to individual land tracts and encroachments, as well as details on managing encroachment resolution.
