Interpretive Panel Choices
When planning an interpretive panel, consider:
- Interpretive message (theme, sub-themes)
- Use different levels of text (inviting headline, summary paragraph, details, and captions
- Illustrations or photos should convey or at least support message
- Background, if needed (examples: map, graphics, illustration, photo
- Durability of material (see Sign Material Performance Guide)
- Suitability to the application (indoors or out?, size, shape, viewing distance, ADA compliance? Good contrast? Would another medium work better?
- Cost (contact vendors for free estimates) For a list of vendors click here: http://www.interpnet.com/nai/Resources/Interpreters_Green_Pages__Products___Services_/nai/_resources/Interpreters_Green_Pages.aspx?hkey=743662cd-0884-48b2-bac1-8723d2934bb8
