Customer Discussion GuidesCustomer Discussion Guides give Corps managers another way beyond comment cards and formal surveys to talk to their customers. This format guides informal discussions with our visitors and provides a sheet on which to record visitors’ observations about recreation facility and service requirements and improvements they would like to see. This is not a formal visitor survey requiring approval from the Office of Management and Budget. Two Customer Discussion Guides have been developed to date. One addresses Corps facilities and services, and the second addresses water-based recreation. The discussion formats, instructions for their use, and links for on-line submission of results are provided on this page
