Caretaker Park Attendant Contracts

Story:
CARETAKER PARK ATTENDANT CONTRACTS: When developing park attendant contracts, include cleaning services in them. Caretaker contracts tend to run about $100.00 per day at our project. This eliminates the costs of sending an O&M contractor out to these field sites to clean (eliminating cost of gas to get there, costs for personnel to clean and time it takes for them to get out to these parks).
