• April 2006: Deadline for completing data entry of FY05-06 visitor satisfaction surveys is 15 April.
• March 2006: Last day for scheduled visitor satisfaction surveys for FY05-06 is 31 March.
• June 2005: The anticipated starting date for FY05-06 visitor satisfaction surveys is 01 June. Projects are asked to schedule their annual visitor satisfaction survey during the 3-month period between 01 June 2005 and 31 March 2006 expected to receive the highest project visitation.
• May 2005: The Survey Schedule Generator required for planning and scheduling of FY05-06 visitor satisfaction survey is due for release on the NRM Gateway on or about 16 May.
• May 2005: A Spanish language version of the new comment card became available for use.
• April 2005: A new Visitor Comment Card for use in recreation areas was approved by OMB.
• April 2005: Deadline for completing data entry for FY04-05 visitor satisfaction surveys has been extended to 06 May.
• March 2005: Last day for data collection associated with FY04-05 visitor satisfaction surveys on Corps Projects.
• March 2005: The RecBEST Visitor Center Team agreed to assist ERDC in the development of a Visitor Center Comment Card. The new card is expected to be available for use in 2006.
• December 2004: The 2004 American Customer Satisfaction Survey (ASCI) of Corps of Engineer recreation visitors was released by the University of Michigan. Summary results are available at www.theacsi.org. Detailed results of the surveys of Corps of Engineers recreation visitors are available in the Comment Card pages on the NRM Gateway.

• June 2007: Last day for data entry of FY 06/07 comment card surveys at recreation areas and visitor centers is 15 June.
• March 2007: The last day to schedule the start of FY06/07 comment card surveys is 01 March at recreation areas and visitor centers.
• June 2006: Last day for data entry of FY05/06 comment cards is 15 June.
• May 2006: Kickoff month for visitor center comment card surveys. The earliest day to schedule the start of FY06/07 comment card surveys at visitor centers is 01 May.
• April 2006: New survey tools and guidelines for conducting comment card surveys at visitor centers available on the NRM Gateway the week of 17 April.
• April 2006: The earliest day to schedule the start of FY06/07 comment card surveys at recreation areas (i.e., day-use and camping) is 01 April.
