Technical Solutions to the NRM Recruitment DVD Viewing Problems
Distribution of the new NRM Recruitment DVDs began during the week of 12 January. Since that time, we have received numerous responses regarding playback difficulties with the new DVDs.

Heather Burke has prepared the following message based on her research of the problem, feedback from field users and IT professionals. Hopefully this message will help correct any problems that you may have encountered in playing the new DVD.
