Requesting Services from the Student Conservation Association
I'm pleased to send this memorandum that provides detailed guidance on how to request the services of the Student Conservation Association (SCA) under the existing Department of Army cooperative agreement that we have with the SCA. I know many of you have been waiting to get this "go-ahead" message - the SCA can be a valuable tool in helping to get the job done at our projects and MSC/district offices. The attached memorandum has several enclosures that further describes the SCA and the DA cooperative agreement.

The SCA is willing to attend future conferences/meetings to further explain the organization, the cooperative agreement process and to answer all questions. Please contact Ray Auger, SCA, at 603-543-1700, ext 144, if you would like for the SCA to attend a conference.
