FY 21 Comment Card Survey Announcement
To ensure the safety of our Rangers and the visiting public during the COVID-19 Pandemic, guidance regarding implementation of the FY 21 Comment Card Survey Program has been revised to change the 2021-22 year from a mandatory year to an OPTIONAL year. In 2008, the program was adjusted to make it mandatory to administer the customer comment card surveys every three years. The last mandatory year was 2018-19; however, with the COVID-19 pandemic we felt it prudent to change 2021- 22 to an OPTIONAL year. The attached memorandum provides additional information about the Comment Card Program and the revised schedule for the next six years. Procedures for scheduling, conducting, and reporting results of the Comment Card Survey, as well as existing survey results can be found at: https://corpslakes.erdc.dren.mil/employees/commentcard/commentcard.cfm

Any questions regarding the Comment Card program should be directed to Scott Strotman at James.S.Strotman@usace.army.mil.

    Best Regards, Scott
