NRM Strategic Plan Update and Internal Review Process
During this update, the team will be providing an overview of the NRM Strategic Plan that has been under development by a PDT comprised of members of the RLAT, SAT, and others. This presentation will describe the need and purpose of the strategic plan, introduce the PDT members, and share the team's schedule for completion. We will take a look at the draft strategy map (attached) which will serve as a quick reference for communicating the framework of the plan's overarching goals and objectives.

In addition, we will be describing how you can help shape the strategic plan by launching our next phase of internal input which will reach across all levels of the NRM Community of Practice. We will be asking for your feedback on the draft goals and objectives which are summarized in greater detail on the attached power point. Please take advantage of this opportunity to share any thoughts you have regarding the existing objectives or to recommend additional focus areas for inclusion into the Strategic Plan.
