WRDA 2022 Sec 8124 Reserve Component Training

TIn 2023, USACE was provided the authority through WRDA 2022, Section 8124 to accept services and supplies from reserve components of the Armed Forces carrying out military training activities in support of a water resources development project or program without reimbursement.

USACE Civil Works projects are highly encouraged to actively engage and seek out collaborative opportunities with reserve units to accomplish work contained in approved OMPs and Master Plans.
