I am wrapping up my fourth and final year as the Chair of the Recreation Leadership Advisory Team (RLAT). Prior to serving, I was not completely aware of what this team did, but I’ve been blown away at the extent of the RLAT’s responsibilities. This team touches all things USACE REC. The RLAT’s Project Manager is Dr. Wen Chang, with the Institute for Water Resources, and the Program Manager is HQ Recreation Business Line Manager, Ryan Hartwig.
