1 Jan 2021 - 50th Anniversary of the 1970 Flood Control Act
DID YOU KNOW that December 31, 2020 marked the 50th Anniversary of legislation creating the Corps of Engineers modern Park Ranger program? Public Law 96-611, the 1970 Flood Control Act, dated December 31, 1970, included Section 234 which established a Citation Authority program for the Corps.
