14 May 2019 - Corps Foundation Wins NDPA Lifesaver of the Year Award
On April 15, the Corps of Engineers Natural Resources Education Foundation (The Corps Foundation) was awarded the Lifesaver of the Year Award at the 2019 National Drowning Prevention Alliance Conference in New Orleans, LA. Pam Doty, USACE National Water Safety Program Manager nominated the Corps Foundation for this prestigious award. The foundation received the award for everything they have done and continue to do to support and promote the Life Jackets Worn...Nobody Mourns National Water Safety Campaign that is targeted towards adults.
