While public lands are valuable assets, the history of how these places came to be can often contribute to people, especially Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, feeling like they don’t belong in these spaces. In this webinar, we’ll explore how conservation history shapes land protection and recreation management practices today and ways that we can create welcoming spaces through inclusive recreation management practices.
