Recreation Civil Works Integrated Funding Database (Rec-CWIFD) and Recreation Assessment (Rec-Assessment)
FY 2026 Recreation budget process will continue to follow the O&M 20/20 Budget Framework. Recreation budget packages will be developed, evaluated, prioritized, and ranked using Recreation Civil Works Integrated Funding Database (Rec-CWIFD) and Recreation Assessment (Rec-Assessment). These two budget tools are independent from each other and will require separate login to access them. 1) Rec-Assessment was designed to collect baseline Performance Data and Current Conditions. Rec-Assessment addresses the following budgetary performance measures: Utilization, Revenue, National Economic Development (NED) Benefit and Unit Day Value (UDV), Visitor Spending, Relative Risk Assessment, and Program Efficiency, Cost Recovery and Benefit Cost Ratio. Upon the completion and closing of the Rec-Assessment Tool, the performance data will be formulated and uploaded into Rec-CWIFD, therefore it is critical that the data is compiled timely and accurately. 2) Rec-CWIFD was designed to collect budget request information for Common O&M and Specific Work Activity Packages. All data supporting budget packages, such as capability, description, and justifications will be entered directly into Rec-CWIFD. Important Features in RecCWIFD: All links below are restricted to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers users. | |
