Headquarters POC: Recreation Management Support Program

The Corps of Engineers is keenly interested in understanding how people learn. In order to understand the needs of our Operations Project Managers, Lake Managers and Staff in this area; we supported a study in Organizational Learning conducted by Dr. Raintry Salk at the University of Minnesota. The results of the research provides insight into how Corps project staff can better function as an effective community of practice. Information on the study and findings are provided below.
