Project Master Plans and OMPs

It is the policy of the Corps of Engineers that Master Plans (MPs) and Operational Management Plans (OMPs) be developed and implemented for each USACE civil works project. MPs and OMPs are intended to work in tandem. Master plans shall be developed and kept current for all civil works projects and other fee-owned lands for which the Corps has administrative responsibility for management. This page is a source of information about MP and OMP issues.
