Excellence in Partnerships Award 2011 Recipient
COL(P) Burcham and COL Leonard: In the attached memo, I am pleased to announce the successful recipient of the FY 2011 Excellence in Partnerships Award. This year's award is co-sponsored by the Corps of Engineers Natural Resources Foundation in recognition of exceptional contributions to recreation and environmental stewardship programs at a Corps project.
