Annual Passes Data Call--Suspense: 6 Jul 2011
Please check the attached spreadsheet data from OMBIL and in column E please confirm or change the total number of annual passes your District projects need for FY12. The passes need to be ordered in July to ensure timely delivery to the field. Therefore, this spreadsheet with your information on it needs to be emailed to Pam Doty, National Operations Center for Water Safety Acting Assistant Manager by COB Wednesday, 6 July 2011 at Pamela.J.Doty@usace.army.mil

A filter feature is added in column B of this spreadsheet for the convenience of checking your district's data by clicking on the pull-down. Also, these books come in quantities of 30 each, so it would be best if you can accommodate rounding to that in your estimates of numbers of passes needed. Do NOT provide numbers of books needed.

If a response is not received by the deadline mentioned, then the total listed on the attached OMBIL spreadsheet will be used for the amount that will be ordered for your District projects.
