Last Dates to Order NRM Uniforms - Year End Uniform Program Close-Out Procedures
1. Please share the information contained in this message with all Natural Resources Management (NRM) uniform wearers and employees involved in the Uniform Allowance Authorization (UAA) process. To ensure that everyone obtains their uniform prior to close-out please encourage employees to order now.

2. Uniform Ordering and Year End Close-Out deadline dates:

1 July 2011: Last date that Made-to-Measure and Non-Standard items can be ordered. (Non-Standard items are those outside the sizing charts in the catalog or on the contractors web-site.)

12 August 2011: Last date that any UAA information can be created or modified. The government web-site https://ea.nps.gov will not be available at COB on this date. This date was selected to ensure sufficient time for account reconciliation of FY11 data before preparing for FY12.

1 September 2011: Last date to order uniform items. The contractors web-site www.vfsolutions.com/lma/ will not accept any orders after 6:00 p.m. EDT on this date.

6-16 September 2011: During this period, the UAA web-site will be available for preparation for FY12. This is an extremely important time frame. All permanent employees must be verified. The UAA of any employee who has relocated or left the government must be modified to reflect accurate conditions for the upcoming FY. For temporary personnel still employed into the new FY, this is the time to reactivate their UAA for FY12. The procedures for doing this are included at the end of this message.

1 October 2011. Ordering for FY12 begins.
