One week left: OMBIL Partnership Update
You can see that there continues to be great improvements in the partnership data entry. We are now up to $7.1 million in partnership value and have gone from 250 partnerships entered without values to less than 200 (which is still quite a few, but at least we keep improving...)

I've had a number of people call me to ask if their data is showing up on the latest OMBIL report. I guess I have been remiss in explaining that this report is available to anyone operating a Corps computer. Here's how to run this report:

    1. Go to https://ombil.usace.army.mil
    2. Click on the Business tab
    3. Click on Recreation on the left side of the screen
    4. Click the green square next to Business Function Reports
    5. Select the Recreation Business Function radio button
    6. Select REC- PARTNERSHIP DETAIL REPORT from the drop-down list of reports (it is the second from the bottom of the list)

    7. Click Launch
    8. Select the level of report you would like to run. The attached report is available by selected "ALL USACE PROJECTS" in the Hierarchy of Report drop down list. All other options are grayed out at that point. You can also elect to run the report to a more detailed level so that you don't have to sift through everyone else's data (Selected Division, Selected District, Select Project Site, or Multi-Pick Project Site)

    9. Select Year 2010
    10. Select CSV
    11. Click Run Report

Thanks for all the hard work in getting these data corrected. There are still 7 days left to make changes and add partnership value data!

    Heather Burke
