Samuels, Resource Manager at Enid Lake Project, Vicksburg District, as the Corps of Engineers 2011 Take Pride in America Federal Land Manager Award winner. Mr. Samuels will be presented the award on 19 July 2011 in Washington D.C. at the Take Pride in America National Awards Ceremony.
