Recreation Strategy Public Release
1. This is to announce today's public release of the USACE National Recreation Program Strategic Plan and supporting documents. The public has access to our plan at 3. Because the implementation will occur at the projects, I encourage you to add your personal support for the plan in your distribution to the field.
