Number of people in the party - Visitation
Please remind your gate attendants to verify and enter the number of people in the party when registering visitors at the park.

When making a reservation the customer is asked how many people will be in there party and many times the customer making the reservation gives an estimate or does not know. We need to be entering and tracking this data as accerately as possible because this data is being analysed for use in calculating vists to our NRRS parks.

During reistration the gate attendnat should ask for the number of people in the party and verify and enter this data into the Field Manager program. If the number of people in the party is different than shown in the system, this needs to be changed to the correct number. Do not assume the number of people shown in the system for advance reservation customers is accurate. Please verify and correct if necessary. This is a critical step in calculating and maintaining the Corps visitation data for performance and budgeting.

    Thanks,
    Greg Webb
