Career Development Guide for Civil Works NRM Team Members Published
-- I am very pleased to announce that the "Career Development Guide for Civil Works Natural Resources Management Team Members" (EP 690-2-2) has been approved and signed by COL Stephen Hill, USACE Chief of Staff. The EP can be found on the HQ Corps Homepage under Library/Publications at http://140.194.76.129/publications/eng-pamphlets/ep690-2-2/ and on the NRM Gateway under the Career Advancement website, under New Postings.

I want to offer my heartiest congratulations to the NRM Career Development Steering Committee and the HQ NRM staff for producing an excellent document that provides training and career development guidance for our entire NRM community. The updated guide reflects current career paths, training programs, courses, support services and employment systems to help team members with planning, developing and achieving their career goals within the Natural Resources Management Program. I've already provided it (as draft) to other CoP's for their use - a great tool. And don't forget there are Program Development Maps for a number of NRM series available on the www.train.army.mil website.

Thanks to the PDT for a great product, now available to the whole Corps NRM team.

    Michael G. Ensch, SES
