American Recreation Coalition Legends Award Selection
I am pleased to announce that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has selected Mr. Jim Lynch, Operations Project Manager at Rend Lake, MVS, as this year's Legends Award Winner. The Legends Award is presented by the American Recreation Coalition to honor an outstanding USACE employee for their significant contributions to the enhancement of outdoor recreation resources, facilities and experiences on the nation's public lands. Jim is truly deserving of this award.
