Roll-out of EC 1165-2-209, CIVIL WORKS REVIEW POLICY
Referencing the DCW's 19 Dec 09 message below, wanted to provide you a status of EC 1165-2-209 and the rollout which commenced this month. The EC is currently being staffed for publication. It is also on the agenda during the Winter Leaders Conference being held this week here in HQUSACE.

With your help, Mike and I believe we were able to make improvements to the EC regarding review of O&M products, however, it will require active engagement from the Operations community as the policy is being implemented (e.g., development of Review Plans, PMPs and PgMPs, discussions on appropriate level of review, etc.).
