National Public Lands Day 2009 Announcement
memo was signed by Mr. Steve Stockton, Director of Civil Works for MG Merdith Temple, Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations, asking for participation in National Public Lands Day 26 September 2009. It is forwarded by e-mail and posted to the NRM Gateway to expedite distribution.
