NRM Uniform Regulation Review - Suspense 24 July 2009
1. Mike Ensch has signed the attached memorandum requesting each MSC to review and provide comments on the attached draft of the revised NRM Uniform Regulation (ER/EP 1130-2-550, Chapter 8).

2. Jim Runkles and the NRM Uniform Committee have done a great job in revising the regulation in in both content and format. There are many notable changes from the previous 2002 edition of the regulation. A listing of the major proposed changes is included in the attached Change Summary.

3. Due to size limitations, the attached Appendix L does not contain graphics. A complete copy of the Appendix is now available on the NWP ftp site (ftp://ftp.usace.army.mil/usace/nwp/). This document will be available on the ftp site for approximately one week from today. The appendix will be re-posted upon request. Directions on how to retrieve the document on the ftp site is included on the attached Change Summary.
