Report of Public Surveys
Reference paragraph 3 of this memorandum, an annual report of public surveys conducted in accordance with current OMB approval authority must be submitted to HQUSACE by 1 November of each year. A description of the information to be submitted is provided in the memorandum.

I have received only one report for FY 02 to date. The suspense date is extended until 1 December 2002, because I did not send a reminder notice to you earlier.

Please provide MSC consolidated reports to CECW-ON, Attention: Judy Rice, by 1 December 2002. Negative reports are required if no surveys were conducted during FY 02 and none are planned for FY 03.
