    Recreation Use Fee Policy Revision
This is to advise you that the date the press release regarding revised recreation use fees will be issued has been changed. The press release will be now issued on 18 November, instead of 15 November.

Your local PAOs are being notified separately of this change, and will make their localized press releases accordingly.

Similarly, and if possible, you should also refrain from selling annual passes at the increased price until 18 November. I understand that some projects have already told customers the passes will be available for sale on 15 November, so it may not be possible to delay. Please use your best judgement.

Several people have also asked if Congress has been notified yet of these fee increases. The answer is "yes". Rob Vining, the Chief of Programs here in HQs, has advised members and their staffs personally of these changes.
