National Volunteer Program Policy Letter 08-01 - Forms
The memorandum was signed 15 July announcing a policy change involving the forms used in the Corps national Volunteer Program.

The use of the revised application volunteer and new agreement forms is effective immediately. Fillable versions of these form are available on the Natural Resources Management Gateway's Volunteer Program's Policy and Procedures page.

No other versions of these forms may be used. However, volunteer applications already received may be accepted and volunteer agreements and parental approval forms already signed remain in effect.
