Legend Award 2008 Recipient
The Director of Civil Works signed the attached memorandum 14 May announcing Brad Keshlear, Recreation Program Manager for the South Atlantic Division as the 2008 recipient of the American Recreation Association's Legends Award. Brad will be recognized at the Recreation Exchange Luncheon on June 11 in Washington, DC.
