Draft NRM Uniform Reference Manual - For Review and Comment - Suspense 15 January 2008
1. I'm pleased to forward the draft copy of the new Natural Resources Management Uniform Reference Manual for your review and comment. The Uniform Committee is updating and transferring the information contained in EP 1130-2-550, Chapter 8 (NRM Uniform Program) into this new format which can be easily revised as procedures and uniform components change. The committee is requesting that you provide your feedback in time for next month's Interagency Uniform Program Committee meeting. Due to the size of the above file, all reference photos of the uniform items have been removed.

2. Please provide your MSC-consolidated responses to Jim Runkles, Chair of the NRM Committee, by 15 January, 2008.

3. The draft Uniform Reference Manual will also be posted on the NRM Gateway Uniform Page for individual review and comment (currently under development). The direct link to the review and comment site will be provided in a follow-up message. This posting will include the uniform component photos.

4. I'd like to thank Jim and all the members of the Uniform Committee for doing a great job in preparing this document which will be very useful to all NRM team members and for Bonnie Bryson and Ginny Dickerson for enabling individual comments to be submitted through the Gateway.
