MSC/Division Recreation 2009-2013 Five Year Development Plans
This is to address any concern as to what numbers to use when developing MSC/Division level five year funding streams.

I talked with Ada Benavides and confirmed we are to use the CW five-year plan ceiling and recommended program numbers in attached EC; reference ........Tables VI-4 and VI-5.

The EC Recreation Appendix reflects Mr. Woodley's guidance to develop budget proposals to maintain current services compared to the FY 08 budget, as indicated in the Fiscal Year 2009 Army Civil Works Budget Guidance, 27 Feb 2007.
