New OMBIL E-S User Group Chairman - Mr. Lonnie Mettler
With regard to the OMBIL E-S User Group, this memo also serves to announce that Mr. Lonnie Metter (CENWD) has been designated as the new Chairman. Lonnie Mettler replaces Calvin Foster (CESPK) who served greatly to build and launch the OMBIL E-S module and the User Group. We thank Calvin for his service and welcome Lonnie to his new OMBIL leadership role. To facilitate communication and for resolution of OMBIL E-S issues and concerns, a protocol and organization structure the OMBIL E-S District/Division POC and User Group is also attached. Please refer to this flow chart if you have questions and concerns about OMBIL E-S data and processes.
