FY 2003 EC performance results roll-up in OMBIL
Here is the memo notification for the FY 2003 EC performance results roll-up in OMBIL. Please review and forward to your districts. Suspense 10 October 2003

You may be wondering why we are collecting data considering the recent change of strategy for developing the budget program that does not include the EC performance measure. The new approach assumes that environmental compliance is an integral part of our business and as such every project should include EC cost when they develop their budget. The EC performance measure will continue to be used in Civil Works performance results reporting to ASA(CW), the Army (part of the Army Annual Financial Report), OMB, etc.
