Recreation Facility and Customer Service Standards National Operations Center
Please reference paragraph 5 of the attached DCW memorandum, dated 4 April 2005. The paragraph states that a National Operations Center (NOC) would be established to provide technical assistance for the new Recreation Facility and Customer Service Standards. The Little Rock District has been so designated and is now operational and prepared to meet your needs.

You may find information about the NOC and how to request assistance on the NRM Gateway. The National Operations Center is a link from the Recreation Facilities Standards page.

These new standards will provide critical guidance for the Corps recreation program into the future. The Little Rock District was a leader throughout the development and approval process for the standards. We are very fortunate to have their continued assistance as we begin to use the guidance.
