The New DD Form 1805 (Violation Notice)
Some Corps offices have received the attached message from the Central Violations Bureau, regarding the printing of the new DD Form 1805 (Violation Notice). As stated in my previous e-mail messages, DOD is responsible for the printing (and initial distribution to the Army Publications depot in St. Louis) of the new form. Please do not take any action to print the form locally.

I will forward any information that we receive from DA / DOD including the date when the new form will be available from the publications depot. The current form is valid thru 30 June 2005.
