Critical Incident Stress Mgmt. (CISM) Program - Suspense 31 May 2005
The benefits of the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Program were briefed to you by BG Dorko at the Transition Conference Commanders' Meeting last October 2004. Since then, much staff work has been done to bring it on line in consonance with the Chief's guidance to understand the resource implications of these kind of good ideas before we fully implement.
