The CVB will provide DA with printing instructions and a with a photo-ready master for reproduction. DA will be issuing formal guidance in the near future and this office will forward the information to all Corps offices.

    3. According to the CVB schedule, the printing will occur this spring for implementation on 1 June 2005. This date may be extended to accomodiate the printing process.

    4. The current edition of DD Form 1805 is still approved for use until further notice. Recommend that you order enough quantities of the current form to last through June 05.

    5. Please do not contact the CVB. The bureau is aware of the DA central procurement action and will direct all actions to DA.
